Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your AELA frames. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition — with all original packaging, case, and cleaning cloth included. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
Want a different style or colour? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply reach out to us and we'll guide you through the process.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at [support@aelaeyewear.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
  • Prescription lens orders are non-refundable once lenses have been cut

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your frames arrive damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
